Chronosoft started in the places where plans meet reality.  Multiple teams are trying to make sense of the same situation at once. A situation where the difference between “we think” and “we know” matters, and where good documentation is not paperwork, it is protection and accountability.

That is the environment in which Chronosoft was built, and it still shapes everything we do.

Our Story

Chronosoft was founded in 2015 after a significant incident in 2014 exposed serious gaps in incident management. In the aftermath, it became clear that existing processes and systems were not giving teams what they needed in the moments that mattered most: timely information, clear coordination, and an auditable record of decisions and actions.

That event became the catalyst to build something better.

We started with a simple, non-negotiable belief: incident management should help people respond faster, communicate more clearly, and remain accountable under pressure, not create more friction when everything is already hard.

So we focused on a clear problem. Incident tracking, reporting, and resolution needed to be faster, more reliable, and more accountable. It needed to work in real operational environments, with real constraints, and still produce a trustworthy record that stands up to scrutiny afterwards.

That foundation still drives Chronosoft today. We build tools that support the people doing the work on the ground and in the control room, because when systems fail in critical moments, the consequences are real.

Chronosoft exists because our team has lived the operational problems we solve. We have worked in environments where seconds and minutes matter and a lack of operational clarity can be catastrophic. We have seen what happens when information is scattered, when decisions are made without a shared picture, and when the story of an incident is pieced together after the fact.
